As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in inspiring customer loyalty and enhancing the overall customer experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships, following up with customers as needed, and using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
As a valued member of our team, you will receive:
