Business Development Director

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at Cirrus Design Corporation in Europe. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for establishing objectives with periodic review of progress against goals under the guidance of the Regional Director EMEA.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize all appropriate resources to ensure maximum territory development and Cirrus Aircraft sales.
Collaborate with stakeholders within Cirrus Sales and Marketing to leverage existing resources for territory application.
Implement Territory Health across regions.
Develop frameworks for analyzing direct vs. CSA opportunities on a territory-by-territory basis.
Evaluate regulatory nuances versus Cirrus Corporate Goals.
Maintain accurate records and provide timely reports as determined by the Regional Director.
Requirements:
FAA or EASA Private Pilot and Instrument Certificate is required; Commercial and CFII preferred.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
