Regional Business Development Manager

About the Position:
We are seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to join our team at Transfinder. This role involves managing client accounts and acting as the primary point of contact for school districts within the assigned geographic territory.
About the Role:
- This position requires 5-10 years of experience in consultative sales and/or client relations, with a proven track record of building long-term client relationships and driving revenue growth.
- The Account Executive will sell additional solutions tailored to meet clients' needs and ensure clients are fully satisfied and effectively utilizing Transfinder's solutions to meet their needs.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, as well as experience working in or with the public sector, preferably within the education or transportation industries.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with clients.
- Sell additional solutions tailored to meet clients' needs.
- Manage accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Requirements:
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to set and achieve ambitious goals independently.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Salary Range:
The salary range for this position is $61,000.00-$75,000.00 per year, depending on various factors such as prior employment history, job-related knowledge, education and training, skills, and geographic location.
Work Environment:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Ability to travel to visit clients and potential clients as needed.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
