About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Behavioral Innovations. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing clinical leadership and expertise to our team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to our team of BCBAs and RBTs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for our clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in ABA therapy

Requirements
  • Master or Doctorate Level Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis per BACB guidelines
  • Licensed Professional as per state guidelines (if applicable)
