About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Behavioral Innovations. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism, ages 18 months to 10 years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients
  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff members
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in ABA therapy

Requirements

  • Experience with center-based, early intervention, and effective collaboration
