As a key member of the Smithfield Foods team, the Plant Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of equipment used throughout the plant, facilities, utilities, and powerhouse equipment. This role is responsible for directing maintenance crews to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Direct and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Oversee the maintenance of processes to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
