Key ResponsibilitiesThe Pension Analyst role within Workplace Investing combines extensive Defined Benefit knowledge with a cooperative approach. Key responsibilities include leading a team, managing workflow, and offering consultative services to clients. The Analyst will also support business strategies, tackle complex challenges, and work collaboratively with other business units on various projects. We are looking for a team-oriented professional who excels in a dynamic environment and is dedicated to providing exceptional client service.
Required Expertise and Skills- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5-10+ years of experience in defined benefit or pension plan administration
- Experience in Project Management and/or Analytics
