About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our Digital Transformation team in driving business growth and innovation through the implementation of cutting-edge ERP solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive digital transformation across our client organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor teams of consultants and digital specialists to deliver high-quality ERP transformation projects
  • Collaborate with BCG and client teams to bring next-generation ERP expertise to client organizations
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive digital transformation and business growth
  • Engage with C-level executives to develop strategic visions and drive transformational value
  • Build and nurture NextGen ERP skills and capabilities within BCG
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of digital experience, with a solid background in ERP transformation programs
  • 5-7 years of consulting experience, with a proven track record in driving large-scale ERP transformations
  • Experience in key functional process areas, such as finance, supply chain, or order-to-cash
  • Experience in key technical domains, including ERP platforms and related technical architecture solutions
  • Advanced analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to manage complex challenges
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts to diverse stakeholders
