As a Regional Sales Representative for a global, highly innovative company in the lighting design industry, you will have the opportunity to work on the expansion into the US market. This role requires a strong network of stakeholders, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate the complexity of the sales network.

  • Extend your network of stakeholders and create strong relationships.
  • Understand and navigate the complexity of the sales network.
  • Achieve sales budgets and quotas and grow profitable sales in the Region.
  • Identify and generate new opportunities.
  • Propose sales targets in the region.
  • Present new products, highlighting their features and benefits.
  • Answer customer requests and interact with the team for missing information.
  • Identify needs and opportunities, provide technical quotation support, and create lighting packages.
  • Attend product and trade shows and local events.
  • Organize your business travels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Minimum 3 years within the lighting industry.
  • Network of local stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in exterior or interior architectural lighting.
  • Well-developed communication and excellent writing skills.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage all responsibilities.
  • Driving license.
  • Nice to have: Ability to conduct product training.
  • Nice to have: In-depth understanding of current LED technology and electronic control systems.
  • Nice to have: Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Nice to have: Fluent Spanish.
