Sales Lighting Design Professional

As a Regional Sales Representative for a global, highly innovative company in the lighting design industry, you will have the opportunity to work on the expansion into the US market. This role requires a strong network of stakeholders, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate the complexity of the sales network.
- Extend your network of stakeholders and create strong relationships.
- Understand and navigate the complexity of the sales network.
- Achieve sales budgets and quotas and grow profitable sales in the Region.
- Identify and generate new opportunities.
- Propose sales targets in the region.
- Present new products, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Answer customer requests and interact with the team for missing information.
- Identify needs and opportunities, provide technical quotation support, and create lighting packages.
- Attend product and trade shows and local events.
- Organize your business travels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Minimum 3 years within the lighting industry.
- Network of local stakeholders.
- Proven track record in exterior or interior architectural lighting.
- Well-developed communication and excellent writing skills.
- Ability to work remotely and manage all responsibilities.
- Driving license.
- Nice to have: Ability to conduct product training.
- Nice to have: In-depth understanding of current LED technology and electronic control systems.
- Nice to have: Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word and familiarity with CRM software.
- Nice to have: Fluent Spanish.
