Job Overview

The Electrical Program Coordinator will oversee the organization and leadership of faculty to ensure high-quality classroom instruction. They will administer programs, monitor student learning, and tailor course materials to meet individual student needs, enabling students to develop employable skills and secure jobs that match their abilities and employer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Instructional Delivery: Develop and implement effective instructional strategies to enhance student learning.
  • Student Service: Provide support and guidance to students to ensure their academic success.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and apply knowledge to curriculum design and delivery.
  • Faculty Management, Mentoring, and Training: Foster a collaborative environment, provide coaching and training, and evaluate faculty performance.
  • Program Administration: Oversee program development, implementation, and evaluation to ensure alignment with institutional goals.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of recent work experience as a licensed Electrician.
  • Massachusetts - current Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
  • 3-5 years' classroom teaching experience at the post-secondary level preferred.
  • 5 years of successful leadership and management experience preferred.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
