RN - Acute Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence Valdez Medical Center. As a member of our Acute Care Unit, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with a talented team of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Acute Care Unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Alaska Registered Nurse License.
- 1 year of nursing experience in an acute care setting.
