We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence Valdez Medical Center. As an Acute Care Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in the Acute Care Unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patient responses.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop plans to address these needs.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Alaska Registered Nurse License.
- 1 year of nursing experience.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
