About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Acute Care team at Providence Valdez Medical Center. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients with acute medical conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Current Alaska Registered Nurse License
  • 1 year of nursing experience in an acute care setting
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
