RN - Acute Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence Valdez Medical Center. As an Acute Care Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Alaska Registered Nurse License.
- 1 year of nursing experience.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
