Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Laboratory Technician to join our team at Memorial Healthcare System. As a Clinical Laboratory Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of laboratory test results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform, evaluate, and report technical laboratory procedures on patient specimens for use in diagnosis and treatment of disease.
  • Follow established procedures to ensure laboratory quality control and compliance with professional standards of practice.
  • Effectively manage resources such as productivity, supplies, instruments, and equipment.
  • Report test results in a timely manner according to established laboratory protocols.
Requirements
  • Graduated from a NAACLS accredited Medical Laboratory Technician program.
  • Clinical Lab Technician License (TC LICENSE) - State of Florida (FL).
Work Environment

The Clinical Laboratory Technician will work in a fast-paced laboratory environment with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of laboratory procedures and instrumentation, as well as critical thinking skills, effective communication skills, and decisive judgment.
