Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Laboratory Technician to join our team at Memorial Healthcare System. As a Clinical Laboratory Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of laboratory test results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform and evaluate technical laboratory procedures on patient specimens to aid in diagnosis and treatment of disease.
  • Follow established procedures to ensure laboratory quality control and compliance with professional standards of practice.
  • Manage resources such as productivity, supplies, instruments, and equipment to ensure efficient and productive work.
  • Report test results in a timely manner according to established laboratory protocols.
Requirements
  • Graduation from a NAACLS-accredited Medical Laboratory Technician program.
  • Clinical Lab Technician License (TC LICENSE) - State of Florida (FL).
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will be able to lift and carry patients and equipment, and will be exposed to biohazardous waste, biological hazards, and hazardous chemicals.
