Memorial Healthcare System is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Laboratory Scientist to join our team. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for performing complex laboratory tests and procedures to ensure accurate and timely results.
Key Responsibilities- Perform laboratory tests and procedures to analyze patient samples and provide accurate results.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including microscopes, centrifuges, and other specialized instruments.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely test results.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with new technologies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field.
- Current licensure as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist or Clinical Laboratory Supervisor.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
