Job Complexity:
The role requires an intermediate understanding of laboratory methodologies and equipment. The ability to effectively communicate and engage with both internal and external stakeholders is essential. The position may involve working in high-pressure situations, necessitating appropriate responses.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist.
Licensure:
Must possess Florida State licensure as a Clinical Laboratory Supervisor in the relevant area of expertise.
Educational Background:
Must be a graduate of an accredited Medical Technologist, Medical Laboratory Scientist program, or an accredited Histotechnology program.
