Job Title: Business Sales Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Sales Advisor to join our team at Complete Tablet Solution Ltd. As a Business Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in driving new business growth and supporting clients across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Outside Sales Regional Leads in developing new business within a team inside/outside strategy and working directly and indirectly with business customers to drive new business and support clients and sales with new business growth and all aspects of quoting to customer service delivery.
  • Prospecting, Quoting, Sales Networking, Service Delivery, Onboarding and Overall Customer Satisfaction
  • Build a business strategy with Regional Sales Lead across their region and drive daily activities to support regional sales and outside sellers across the region to achieve growth targets across CTS Mobility Stack of products and services.
  • Follow up directly with clients on proposals generated, attend joint and digital client and sales strategy meetings with teams they support, and be measured around the business growth of the overall team.
  • Some Business travel may be required including customer meetings, marketing events, and other business meetings as required with notice.
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • A team player with a high level of dedication
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
  • Certification in Marketing, Sales, or a relevant field is a plus
