Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our EarnOS platform, a mobile rewards-based business division of Mode Mobile.

The ideal candidate has been a founder or part of a founding team, with a strong background in operations and revenue management. They should have robust B2C experience and a deep understanding of ad-based and subscription-centric revenue models, as well as experience in scaling B2B and channel partnerships.

The General Manager will be fully accountable for the success of EarnOS, overseeing all aspects of the business, including Product, Engineering, and Sales. They will drive strategy, execution, and performance, and be a key member of the executive team, reporting directly to the CEO.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the business division, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
  • Leverage extensive experience in driving revenue growth to identify and execute strategic opportunities that expand revenue streams and increase market share.
  • Collaborate effectively with the executive team to refine the company's vision and strategic direction.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, ownership, accountability, and innovation.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and customers.
  • Drive innovation by staying ahead of industry trends and implementing best practices.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in operations and revenue management, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role within a tech startup, app-based, or mobile gaming business with ad-centric revenue models.
  • Proven track record of revenue growth, increasing market presence, and operational excellence.
  • Strong background in sales within our industry, with experience selling to publishers and agencies.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
