Key Responsibilities:- Support and maintain all aspects of the organization's UKG Pro human resources information system (HRIS), ensuring the completeness and accuracy of employee records.
- Develop custom reports to meet the requests and requirements of HR, management, and senior leadership.
- Partner with vendors to ensure system file feeds are accurate and timely.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including health/welfare and 403b plans.
- Support implementation of wellness activities focused on the long-term health and well-being of employees.
- Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or Human Resources.
- 3-4 years of related professional experience.
- Proficiency in UKGPro required, with experience with HRIS conversions, databases, and implementations preferred.
