Position Overview

As an Aerospace Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in the evaluation and testing of innovative systems designed for our operators. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and dependability of these systems through rigorous testing procedures.

Work Environment

This position requires in-person engagement at our manufacturing facility and testing grounds. You will need reliable transportation to commute between these locations.

Eligibility Criteria
  • Must possess authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.
  • Must be eligible to work on ITAR restricted products.
  • Must hold or be able to obtain a FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct tests on both new and existing systems to verify their safety and reliability.
  • Develop and implement flight test and evaluation plans.
  • Maintain detailed logs of all flight operations.
  • Communicate test results and findings to the engineering team for further development.
Preferred Qualifications

The ideal candidate will:

  • Enjoy fieldwork and be comfortable away from a desk.
  • Have experience in commercial aviation or aviation maintenance.
  • Be able to follow checklists meticulously.
  • Possess prior flight testing or hobbyist flying experience.
Compensation and Hours

The compensation for this role ranges from $14 to $18 per hour, with expected working hours between 10 to 30 hours per week.
