Position: Customer Service Operations Supervisor

Location: On-site

WHIZZ is a prominent provider of cutting-edge transportation solutions for delivery personnel. We are in search of a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Operations Supervisor to enhance our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring efficient front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Front Desk Operations: Manage front desk personnel to guarantee that all guests are welcomed and assisted in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Welcome Guests: Personally greet and assist visitors while ensuring the team upholds high standards of hospitality.
  • Handle Incoming Calls: Professionally manage and direct phone inquiries, providing training to front desk staff on effective communication practices.
  • Maintain Front Desk Area: Ensure the front desk environment is organized, tidy, and well-maintained, supervising staff to uphold these standards.
  • Assist Customers: Deliver prompt and accurate information to clients and guide the front desk team in addressing inquiries effectively.
  • Manage Mail and Deliveries: Supervise the processing of incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries to ensure efficiency.
  • Coordinate Appointments: Oversee the scheduling and organization of appointments and meetings, delegating tasks to front desk staff as necessary.
  • Support Other Departments: Provide administrative assistance to various departments and oversee task allocation to ensure timely completion.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional and courteous attitude
  • Availability for full-time on-site work
