Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Patient Support: Provide exceptional support to patients and their families, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Communication and Coordination: Facilitate effective communication and coordination between patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Client Care Manager, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in customer service, administrative, and supervisory roles.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, proactive problem-solving, detail-oriented, and ability to work independently.
