• Respond to guest questions about hotel services, facilities, and operational hours.
• Provide information on local dining, transportation, and entertainment options.
• Foster effective communication and teamwork with colleagues across departments.
• Stay informed about rates, packages, and special promotions; understand in-house groups and restricted dates.
• Gather necessary details when processing room reservations and adhere to rate quoting protocols.
• Be knowledgeable about emergency procedures as required.
• Effectively operate all relevant aspects of the Front Desk computer system.
• Utilize proper communication etiquette when interacting with team members.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property amenities, local attractions, and events.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, which may include assisting colleagues in various hotel areas, ensuring cleanliness and safety throughout the property.
