Clinical Nurse II

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Oncology Outpatient Infusion Center at UNC Health. As a Clinical Nurse II, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Provide competent clinical nursing care to patients with complex needs, including those undergoing chemotherapy, biotherapy, and other treatments.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Assess and prioritize patient needs, identifying opportunities for education and support.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduation from a school of professional nursing.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
- One year of nursing experience, preferably in oncology or a related field.
