The Retail Sales Representative serves as a key representative of the Cox brand, acting as the main point of contact for both prospective and current customers. In a Third-Party Retail environment, this role involves assisting customers through their purchasing journey, guiding them through installation processes, and educating them about Cox's product and accessory offerings, all while ensuring a superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Effectively communicate product features and benefits, tailoring suggestions to meet customer needs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, assisting customers in completing transactions and resolving any issues.
  • Implement promotional campaigns aimed at enhancing brand recognition and achieving sales goals.
  • Maintain a well-organized, clean, and visually appealing sales area.
  • Engage in workshops, special events, and product demonstrations to foster customer loyalty.
  • Continuously enhance knowledge of current Cox products and competitor offerings through ongoing training.
  • Support fellow sales agents to ensure optimal customer service delivery.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of experience in a related field (e.g., Sales, Retail Sales).
  • Ability to meet established sales and customer experience targets.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficient in computer skills with a willingness to learn about communication products and services.
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to work at multiple retail locations.
  • Proven track record of high performance in sales and customer retention.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively promote products using a solutions-oriented approach.
