Position Overview

As a Retail Leadership Associate, you will play a vital role in our management team. Your primary responsibility will be to support a thriving business by fostering authentic connections that enhance customer loyalty and promote brand love. You will provide real-time feedback and coaching to ensure that each team member reaches their full potential. Collaborating with your leadership team, you will make necessary adjustments to drive business success while stepping in to assist with tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a role model in building personalized relationships with customers that encourage loyalty and enthusiasm for the brand.
  • Monitor team performance on the sales floor and offer assistance to facilitate connections and sales.
  • Conduct fit sessions to deepen product knowledge and inspire a passion for style.
  • Guide team members in optimizing customer interactions by providing actionable insights to enhance outcomes.
  • Ensure the team consistently meets their objectives and exceeds customer expectations.
  • Manage the sales floor effectively, ensuring optimal staff placement at all times.
  • Be prepared to step in for other managers as required.
  • Organize and execute local events that resonate with the community and drive additional traffic and sales.
  • Act in accordance with our core values.

Qualifications

  • A keen sense of fashion and awareness of industry trends.
  • A proven track record of setting and achieving goals.
  • Ability to adapt to change quickly and motivate the team towards new strategies.
  • Strong decision-making skills based on active listening and data analysis.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Two or more years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in specialty retail.
  • Effective and confident communication skills.
  • Proficient in processing information and operating store systems accurately.
  • Availability during peak times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Comfortable with technology and familiar with industry-related content.
  • Physical ability to bend, reach, stretch, and lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Ability to move throughout the store and be accessible to customers.
