Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Tailored Brands Inc. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide world-class customer service, ensuring every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
- Sales and Merchandising: Consistently demonstrate benchmark selling techniques, promote products, and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Team Selling and Collaboration: Encourage and participate in team selling, positively impacting store sales volume and metrics goals.
- Operational Tasks: Assist with cash handling, merchandise stock counts, and other store-related projects.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for the majority of work shift, frequently bend, squat, and twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb a ladder to reach merchandise and supplies, and see and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.
