Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with guests, and becoming an expert on our brand and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Show Hospitality to Guests: Provide a warm and welcoming experience to all guests who visit our retail locations.
  • Expertise on Shinola Brand and Products: Develop a deep understanding of our brand, products, and values to effectively communicate with guests and build relationships.
  • Connect Guests with Products: Help guests find the perfect products that meet their needs and preferences.
  • Build Relationships: Foster meaningful relationships with guests through regular outreach and communication.
  • Learn New Technologies: Stay up-to-date with new technologies and systems, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Outlook, and Teams.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, presentable, and stocked with products.

Benefits
