Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with guests to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Be an expert on the Shinola brand and products, including luxury timepieces, leather goods, jewelry, and more
  • Connect guests with products that meet their needs and preferences
  • Build upon in-store relationships through meaningful outreach and follow-up
  • Learn and utilize new technologies, such as Salesforce and Microsoft Outlook, to enhance the customer experience
  • Maintain a clean, presentable, and stocked store environment
