Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess client objectives and aspirations throughout their financial journey
  • Foster and enhance relationships with clients in investment, deposit, and lending sectors
  • Establish yourself as a trusted consultant who garners referrals from satisfied clients
  • Market and promote investment products and services to potential clients
  • Evaluate client financial data and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Leverage planning tools to discover new opportunities
  • Present tailored solutions to meet client objectives and collaborate with team members for implementation

Required Qualifications:

  • Possession of Series 7 and 63 licenses, along with Life Accident & Health licenses
  • CFP or CRC certification is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • A minimum of 5 years in a related industry role
  • Demonstrated success in cultivating internal partnerships
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Familiarity with financial planning tools and investment offerings
  • Understanding of regulatory standards for a robust control environment

Compensation Structure:

This is a commission-based position with potential annual earnings influenced by performance and productivity metrics against established commission plan parameters.
