About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our Wealth Management team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing account plans to drive revenue growth from a portfolio of existing and new clients.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their goals. Your expertise in wealth and advisory technology, combined with your exceptional negotiation and communication skills, will enable you to build strong relationships with our clients and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth from existing and new clients
  • Manage and lead growth plans to increase account penetration with a long-term and multi-year focus
  • Act as primary liaison between clients and FIS, understanding and aligning with client strategy and expectations
  • Utilize expertise in wealth and advisory technology to develop tailored solutions for clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional negotiation and communication skills
Requirements
  • Prior new client Hunter sales experience targeting new client relationships within the wealth, brokerage, or financial service space
  • General knowledge of wealth and/or advisory technology, including systems, applications, and fiduciary practices
  • Expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Solid decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Analytical skills to determine client business needs and requirements

The pay range for this full-time position is $120,000 - $199,270.00, and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location.
