Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief of Staff to join our team at LifeCare Home Health. As a strategic advisor to the CEO/President, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning
    • Participate in strategic planning and policy development with the CEO/President and senior management team.
    • Research and recommend new and revised policies and strategies.
  • Operational Management
    • Manage the CEO/President's calendar and prioritize their time and schedule.
    • Ensure timely and effective completion of projects and initiatives.
  • Communication and Liaison
    • Act as the liaison between the CEO/President and other executives, clients, and stakeholders.
    • Communicate effectively with staff and other healthcare professionals.
  • Facilities Management
    • Oversee facilities management and maintenance.
  • Reporting and Analytics

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
