Boiler Maintenance Specialist

SJS Executives, LLC is seeking a skilled Boiler Operator to join our team in New London, CT. As a Boiler Operator, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial heating systems and equipment.
This is a full-time position that requires a strong understanding of mechanical, electromechanical, and pneumatic principles. You will work closely with our team to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our power plant.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair industrial heating systems and equipment
- Conduct routine inspections and tests to ensure system functionality
- Perform repairs and replacements of defective parts and components
- Collaborate with the team to ensure safe and efficient operation of the power plant
Requirements:
- Valid state driver's license
- Working knowledge of principles and standard methods of combustion, heat transfer, and fuel characteristics
- Thorough knowledge of mechanical, electromechanical, and pneumatic principles
- Ability to apply broad knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems to a wide range of boilers and heating systems
