Requirements- 6-18 months of specialized experience in aircraft maintenance, depending on the level of the position
- Ability to work with hand tools and test equipment
- Knowledge of aircraft components and maintenance procedures
- Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and determine remedy for complex mechanical problems
