Boiler Operator

SJS Executives, LLC is seeking a skilled Boiler Operator to join our team in New London, CT. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our power plant's boiler systems.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on boiler equipment, including installation, troubleshooting, and testing.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operation of the power plant.
• Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and safety.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

• Valid state driver's license.
• Working knowledge of combustion principles, heat transfer, and boiler systems.
• Thorough knowledge of mechanical, electromechanical, and pneumatic principles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Competitive hourly wage ($35.15-$40.40).
