Soar Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary clinic, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, play-based ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 with autism spectrum disorder.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement individualized intervention plans crafted by our expert Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), ensuring alignment with Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy principles.
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions, fostering a supportive and engaging environment for children to learn and grow.
- Collaborate with families to develop and update therapy plans, ensuring seamless communication and progress tracking.
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development, staying up-to-date with advancements in ABA therapy and RBT certification.
- Strong preference for enrollment in or completion of a degree program in Child Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification, with Soar Autism Center providing paid training and support.
- Previous experience working with children and a passion for supporting their development and well-being.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- A competitive hourly rate of $20.50-$26.00, with regular bonus and promotion opportunities.
