Copa Health is seeking dedicated Behavioral Health Technicians to join our dynamic team in the East Valley area. As a key part of our team, you'll be instrumental in providing essential care to individuals with sub-acute complex needs, helping them maintain psychiatric stability in various settings.

What You'll Do:

  • Facilitate psychoeducational groups to promote mental health and wellness
  • Assist with medication observation and crisis situations with professionalism and compassion
  • Engage individuals in meaningful activities to help them achieve their treatment goals

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A High School diploma/GED with 2-3 years of relevant experience, OR
  • An Associate's degree with 1-2 years of relevant experience, OR
  • A Bachelor's degree in any field with 1 year of relevant experience.
  • A valid Arizona Driver's License and the ability to pass a motor vehicle screen for insurance purposes.
  • Experience working with multi-cultural and low socio-economic individuals.
  • A Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card or eligibility to obtain one within 8 weeks of hire.
