Cleanliness and Quality Control Specialist

At Elance at West End by Cogir, we are seeking a compassionate and energetic Cleanliness and Quality Control Specialist to join our culinary team. In this rewarding role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our residents enjoy exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean all dishware to maintain high-quality standards
- Operate and maintain the dishwasher to ensure optimal performance
- Resupply chemicals required for sanitation operations to guarantee cleanliness and hygiene
- Sweep and mop all service areas and kitchen to maintain a clean environment
- Wipe down and sanitize all kitchen equipment to prevent cross-contamination
- Restock towel dispensers and soap dispensers to provide essential amenities
- Remove garbage from the kitchen area to maintain a safe working environment
- Maintain all kitchen-related sanitation areas to meet or exceed health and safety standards
- Clean mats and garbage pails to create a welcoming atmosphere

Requirements:
- Positive team player attitude and love working with people
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of kitchen and dining operations is a plus
- Previous experience working in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living experience is a plus
