Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Federal HR Staffing Specialist to join our team at Human Capital Resources And Concepts. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients with their staffing needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough staffing needs analyses to identify qualified candidates
  • Evaluate applications and provide recommendations for approval
  • Maintain applicant registers and automate systems for efficient record-keeping
  • Prepare proposed rating/ranking for Merit Promotion procedures
  • Create vacancy announcements that accurately reflect the requirements of the position
  • Provide expert advice on Federal HR-related benefits programs and services
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with Federal HR laws, rules, and regulations
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience as a Federal HR Specialist
  • Extensive background in staffing and placement within the Federal Government
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Demonstrated ability to perform job analyses and USA Staffing experience
  • Able to successfully pass a Public Trust security clearance process

This is a full-time position, requiring an 8-hour shift. The successful candidate must be able to commute or relocate to Alexandria, VA 22311 prior to starting work.
