Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Slot Machine Technician II to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for installing, testing, and maintaining components, sub-systems, and systems required for efficient and continuous conduction of business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect and test assigned equipment, noting all defective parts and making recommendations for correction.
  • Perform required adjustments and repairs to electronic and electro-mechanical equipment as assigned.
  • Maintain maximum efficiency, performing preventative maintenance to slot machines either on the floor or in the Slot Shop.
  • Observe all safety regulations in the performance of assigned duties and report any safety hazards to assigned supervisor.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Training in repair of electrical and/or electronic equipment.
  • Five (5) years of Casino experience with two (2) years of Slot Technical experience.
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service.
