Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, test, and maintain components, sub-systems, and systems required for efficient and continuous conduction of business operations.
  • Inspect and test assigned equipment, noting all defective parts and making recommendations for correction.
  • Perform required adjustments and repairs to electronic and electro-mechanical equipment as assigned.
  • Maintain maximum efficiency, performing preventative maintenance to slot machines either on the floor or in the Slot Shop.
  • Observe all safety regulations in the performance of assigned duties and report any safety hazards to assigned supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Training in repair of electrical and/or electronic equipment.
  • Five (5) years of Casino experience with two (2) years of Slot Technical experience.
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service.

Language and Skills:

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common documentation.
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from employees, regulatory agencies, or members of the staff.
  • Ability to write and present information to management in a reasonable manner.

Mathematical Skills:

  • Ability to perform normal mathematical computations regarding the implementation of current duties.

Reasoning Ability:

  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions and deal with several variables.
