Job Summary

Adecco is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in a manufacturing environment. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for processing and payment of invoices in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and payment of invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Cod non-purchase order invoices and obtain proper approvals
  • Process payments for check runs, including match and attach
  • Daily balance A/P transactions
  • Research and investigate discrepancies, working inter-departmentally
  • Monthly review and verify open receivers for items not related to inventory
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of AP processing experience in a manufacturing company dealing with 3-way matching, inventory, and expense items
  • Associate's degree in accounting or related field
  • Knowledge of general accounting practices and a good understanding of accruals and prepaid accounts
  • MS Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
  • Strong organization and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented, professional attitude, and reliable
