Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with communication and swallowing disorders. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' communication and swallowing abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' communication and swallowing needs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience working with patients with communication and swallowing disorders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
