Key Responsibilities:

Internal Duties:

  • Manage admissions contracts.
  • Support customer service initiatives and enhance first impressions.
  • Conduct tours for prospective guests and their families.
  • Develop and execute marketing events to attract referral sources and the community.

External Duties:

  • Conduct pre-admission assessments to ensure a smooth transition of care.
  • Oversee account integration aimed at generating referrals and increasing market presence.
  • Collaborate with the Centralized Admissions Department and facility staff on patient needs and admission preparations.
  • Engage with patients and families at the hospital to address inquiries.
  • Organize marketing events to encourage community engagement with our center.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • At least two years of experience in marketing or liaison roles within Senior Living, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Long-Term Care, Home Health, or Hospice preferred.
  • Ability to foster strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Exceptional observation, verbal, and written communication skills.
