Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for managing your assigned geography and educating providers about our unique private-label Rx solutions. You will facilitate the successful pull-through of our medications and support customers in fully capitalizing on our platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve monthly prescription sales performance objectives through customer sales presentations and deep medication knowledge
  • Provide territory coverage through consistent targeting and follow-up of identified prescribers
  • Build and adhere to a sales plan to maximize performance
  • Maintain consistent communication with colleagues to improve the territory and meet corporate goals
  • Achieve high standards of professionalism and performance
Requirements/Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • 2-5+ years successful buy and build/tangible sales within dermatology specialty
  • Demonstrated selling skills, organization, focus, and determination
  • Demonstrated strong leadership
  • Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record
Compensation

Compensation is an aggressive hybrid of base salary, benefits, car allowance, and industry-leading commission rates. Target compensation is $220,000, with monetary and stock upside for strong performers.
