Job Title: Print Security and Manageability Product Manager

This role is open to anywhere in the US. HP Digital Services helps organizations drive transformative business processes and improve employee productivity through a mix of solutions and services. Our focus is on enhancing user experiences, empowering IT, securing every aspect of the print environment, and delivering comprehensive manageability solutions to streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define the product strategy for both print security and manageability by conducting detailed customer needs analysis and staying abreast of industry trends to drive innovation.
  • Develop solutions that not only enhance the security of print devices on the network but also simplify their manageability, providing IT administrators with intuitive tools to monitor and control device performance.
Portfolio Strengthening:
  • Identify gaps in the current product portfolio and develop new solutions that integrate security and manageability to meet customer requirements for both secure printing and effective device management.
  • Establish technology partnerships that enhance the security and manageability capabilities of the portfolio.
Product Specifications:
  • Work with design and engineering teams to develop user experiences that simplify device management while addressing critical security concerns.
  • Define feature specifications for both security (e.g., secure port management, protocol hardening) and manageability (e.g., fleet management tools), making data-driven prioritization decisions.
Collaboration:
  • Foster strong relationships with key market stakeholders to identify critical use cases for security and manageability, gather feedback, and continuously improve product capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams across the organization, including engineering, UX, and marketing, to bring security and manageability solutions to market.
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of experience in IT, Print Security, or device manageability product management, strategy, or related roles.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field.
