Job Overview

Atlantic, Tomorrow's Office is seeking a skilled Production Print Digital Technician to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to our customer base, communicating with customers and sales representatives to ensure satisfaction, and connecting/installing office equipment to our customer's network.

The ideal candidate will have training and experience with B&W and color production level copier machine product lines, including Konica Minolta & Ricoh production models, Xerox & Canon, and Fiery and/or CREO Print Controllers. Network experience and certifications such as A+ or N+ are also preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support to customers
  • Communicating with customers and sales representatives
  • Connecting/installing office equipment
  • Troubleshooting and developing options
  • Managing time, resources, and demands

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years related experience
  • Certification and experience with Konica Minolta & Ricoh production models preferred
  • Experience with Fiery and/or CREO Print Controllers
  • Network experience and certifications such as A+ or N+
