About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Clinic RN to join our team at Pacific Medical Centers. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, direct, and deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with Washington State Nurse Practice Act and Pacific Medical Center's clinical standards.
  • Integrate nursing process in carrying out effective patient care and leadership roles, utilizing a collegial and systematic approach to nursing practice.
  • Ensure efficiency through active participation in quality assurance, process improvement, infection control, and staff development program initiatives and oversight.
  • Adhere to state regulatory and compliance guidelines, providing specialized care in an assigned specialty department.
  • Utilize critical thinking skills, experience, knowledge, and demonstrated competency in patient pre-admission screenings, intra-procedure, and recovery of patients.
Requirements
  • Nursing degree (Baccalaureate, Associate, or Diploma) from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire.
  • ACLS certification within 90 days of hire.
  • 3 years recent RN experience in an in-patient care or specialty care setting.
  • 3 years recent experience in a specialty care or acute care setting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Coursework/Training: Training in equipment used within the specialty department.
  • Coursework/Training: Training in equipment and instrument sterilization.
  • Coursework/Training: Training in sterile technique.
  • Certification in specialty (CCRN Certification, CNOR Certification, or CGRN Certification) upon hire.
